We reserve the right to discontinue an item, limit quantities or refuse an order when necessary.

4. Orders

An order is considered accepted only after it has been confirmed by Tiger Way Studio.

Please ensure that all order, contact, collection and delivery information is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and offer a replacement, rescheduling option or refund for the unavailable item.

Orders are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges or other disclosed fees may be added before payment.

Prices may change without prior notice. A confirmed order will be charged at the price shown when the order was placed unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description or calculation errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

6. Collection and Delivery

Collection and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by preparation requirements, traffic, weather, order volume or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time. For delivery orders, someone must be available to receive the order at the address provided.

For locations more than 5 km from Tiger Way Studio, the customer is responsible for the applicable delivery charge.

Delivery charges and eligibility for refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Some products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy and other ingredients.

Please inform us of any allergy or dietary requirement before placing an order. Although we take reasonable care, our kitchen handles multiple ingredients and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Product descriptions and dietary labels are provided in good faith based on the ingredients and information available to us.

8. Workspace and In-Studio Services

Access to workspace facilities, Wi-Fi, seating plans or other in-studio services may be subject to separate charges, time limits and house rules.

Guests must use the space, equipment and internet connection responsibly and must not disturb others, damage property or engage in unlawful activity.

We may refuse service or ask a guest to leave if their conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive or contrary to our house rules. This does not affect any rights the guest may have under applicable law.

Wi-Fi and other facilities are provided subject to availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or suitability for any particular business, meeting or online activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website—including the Tiger Way name, Tiger Way Studio name, logos, characters, artwork, illustrations, photographs, designs, written material, product names and brand elements—is owned by or licensed to Tiger Way Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Viewing or sharing a direct link to publicly available website content does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to use our intellectual property.
