Delivery and Collection Policy

Collection

Orders may be collected from Tiger Way Studio at the confirmed collection time.

As our food and beverages are freshly prepared, customers should collect their orders promptly. We cannot guarantee the original temperature, texture or quality of an order when collection is delayed.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available subject to location, order size and delivery-partner availability.

Delivery within 5 km of Tiger Way Studio is included unless otherwise stated during checkout or order confirmation.

For addresses more than 5 km away, the customer must pay the applicable delivery charge. This charge will be confirmed before the order is accepted.

Delivery availability outside our usual service area is assessed individually and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Preparation time varies according to the products ordered, order quantity and current workload.

Traffic, weather, high demand and delivery-partner availability may also cause delays. If a significant delay occurs before dispatch, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the available options.

Delivery Information

Customers must provide:

• A complete and accurate delivery address

• A reachable phone number

• Any directions reasonably required to locate the address

Someone must be available to receive the order. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect information, an unreachable customer, restricted access to the premises or nobody being available to receive the order.

Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

Third-Party Delivery Partners

We may use an independent delivery partner to transport an order. While we pack each order carefully, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.

Please inspect the order when it arrives and report any missing, incorrect or damaged items within two hours, in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
